====Horizontal Swing Test====

Open the balisong and hold it in the standard grip in your hand. Now release the handle that's further from your palm while still holding onto the handle that's closer to your palm. Slightly tilt your hand so that the handle that's further away from your palm can rotate around the pivot. If the rotating handle feels "sticky/gummy", you have bind. Another way to spot bind with this test, is that the blade will sometimes begin to move with the handle. You should be able to fully close and open the handle while holding the balisong horizontal without the blade moving at all.
